CAS Malaysia Group has been providing a wide range of premium professional services for more than two decades. We have flourished and managed to position ourselves to be an established mid-tier professional service provider. We are proud to announce that we have been able to consistently achieve our annual target even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Undoubtedly, the outbreak of Covid-19 disrupts our normal working environment and we have to adhere to stricter regulations especially from the Capital Market segment. However, we consider this to be a blessing in disguise because as a result, our business operation has been fully digitalised, our client base has expanded and our service coverage has grown to include the Labuan market.

On 1 July 2020, our firm received approval from the Labuan Financial Services Authority as approved auditors for companies incorporated under the Labuan Companies Act 1990. This recognition has expanded our service coverage into new territory.

We believe that brand is a reflection of clients’ perception. By holding on to this belief, we are committed in maintaining consistency in terms of quality, value and trust for our valued clients. For us, client satisfaction with our service is the ultimate brand conviction. Thus, in appreciating our clients, we strive to provide value add and knowledge-sharing through various channels and forums.

For taxation matters, we will publish CAS Tax Hub quarterly in order to keep our clients up-to-date with the latest information in regards to tax regulations, and CAS Business Highlights twice a year to provide insights on relevant business-related information. In addition, we will organise Budget Talk where our professional tax consultant will present and explain changes in the rules and regulations affecting individuals, companies and unincorporated business, investment incentives, and so on.

For audit and assurance matters, our audit technical team will discuss various technical update information on financial reporting standards. We are also constantly improving our audit methodology to ensure total compliance with auditing standards and requirements. In addition, we have formed a special task force to brainstorm, design and develop various improvement measures to improve current quality management practises prior to the official implementation of ISQM 1 & 2 and ISA 220 in Malaysia.

We emphasise on delivering premium and quality customised services according to the needs of respective valued clients.
